Refund & Cancellation Policy

At iLux Chauffeur, we understand that plans can change. However, as we allocate vehicles and drivers in advance, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both clients and our professional team.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days (72+ hours) before the scheduled booking
    ✅ Eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled booking
    🔁 Eligible for an 80% refund
    ⚠️ A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administrative and driver scheduling costs

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking
    No refund
    Vehicles and drivers are locked in at this stage

No-Shows

If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location without prior cancellation notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
